Brokers and the Finance Industry Standards Association (FISA). We are
licensed under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 to carry on the business of
consumer credit, consumer brokerage, debt adjusting and debt counselling,
credit reference agency and canvassing off trade premises.

completion of your loan.
- You may borrow over any term (3 - 25 years) and borrow any amount
(£3,000 - £500,000).
- Speed of service - our experienced staff are available to answer your
call outside normal working hours to ensure your loan is processed
promptly and professionally.
- We will consider all circumstances including mortgage arrears, county
court judgements, defaults or a poor credit rating (on certain but not all
occasions an alternative interest rate may be offered to such customers).
- Fixed, capped and variable rates are available on very competitive

- Loans up to 125% of property value are also available.
- Facilities available for retired applicants and for people in receipt
